This notice explains what Labels by Aaysh keeps about you when you visit the website, create an account, order or send us a message, why we keep it, and what you can do about it. We follow South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

We never see or keep your card details: card payments are handled by our payment provider, PayFast.
To make, print and deliver your orders, to answer your messages, to show you your orders, payments and deliveries in your account, to let you reorder and reuse your saved names, to keep your account secure and to see which parts of the shop are useful. We only send you news and specials if you ticked the box for it, and you can untick it any time in your account.
Our own team, to make your order and answer you. The courier gets your name, phone number and delivery address to deliver it. PayFast processes card payments. Our website host stores the information on its servers for us. We do not sell your information to anyone.
We only use the small cookies the shop needs to work: one keeps your cart and keeps you signed in, and one counts a visit for 30 minutes. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
The names on labels are usually children's names. Only a parent or guardian should create an account and add them, and we only use them to print and deliver your labels.
Your account stays until you delete it. Order records are kept after that because we need them for accounting and delivery queries. Contact form messages are kept for as long as we need them to help you.
